Placing an order with the The After School Club Design constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions in full.
The After School Club Design try to make every effort to ensure the accuracy of information contained on this website, however we reserve the right to change prices, stock availability and or other information contained herein without prior notice.
All products listed are subject to availability on receipt of order. If we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you by e-mail or telephone.
Goods refers to the items ordered complete with any free gifts or accessories provided.
Goods remain the property of The After School Club Design until payment is made in full. All prices are quoted in British pounds (GBP) and incllude VAT at the current rate where applicable.
We will exchange or refund your purchase up to 28 days following the day of delivery, the goods must be returned unopened and in its original packaging.
Order cancellations can only be accepted if we are informed in writing within 14 days of customers receiving the goods. The goods must then be returned to us immediately at the customers expense and in good condition. We will then refund the cost of the goods in full. For full details please refer to "right to cancel" below.
Order cancellations can not be accepted for bespoke, custom made items.
Right to cancel
You have the right to cancel this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The cancellation period will expire after 14 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the goods.
To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel this contract by a clear statement e.g by email, or letter (sent by post to Ulsterville, Bowbridge, Stroud. GL5 2LE).
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right to cancel before the cancellation period has expired.
Effects of cancellation
If you cancel this contract, we will reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (except for the supplementary costs arising if you chose a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us).
We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you.
We will make the reimbursement without undue delay, and not later than- (a) 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied, or (b) (if earlier) 14 days after the day you provide evidence that you have returned the goods, or (c) if there were no goods supplied, 14 days after the day on which we are informed about your decision to cancel this contract.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless we have expressly agreed otherwise, in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of the reimbursement. We may withhold reimbursement until we have received the goods back or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest.
You shall send back the goods or hand them over to us without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
You will have to bear the direct cost of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
We are committed to protecting your privacy.
We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully
(in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
If we collect information about you via online forms, it is for 2 reasons:
firstly, to process your order and
secondly, to provide you with the best possible service.
We will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.
The type of information we might collect about you includes:
your name, email address, address (online orders only), phone number (online orders only), credit/debit card details (in secure pages for online orders only).
We will never collect sensitive information about you without your explicit consent.
No information about you is stored in any way on this website.
The information we hold will be accurate and up to date. You can check the information that we hold about you by emailing us. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct it promptly.
The personal information which we hold will be held securely in accordance with our internal security policy and the law.
If we intend to transfer your information outside the EEA (European Economic Area) we will always obtain your consent first.
We use a session cookie (which has already been set) to track the goods that are added to your shopping basket, this cookie is essential so that the website can "remember" what products are in your shopping cart as you move from page to page. Session cookies expire once you have left this website, parts of the site will not work if this cookie is not permitted. If you do not wish to allow the use of this cookie you may leave this website and the cookie will expire / be removed.
The After School Club Design accepts no responsibility for any losses, claims, damages, costs, charges, expenses, liabilities, demands, proceedings and actions which persons using this website may sustain or incur or which may be brought or established against it by any person and any case which arises out or in relation to or by reason of their use of this website.
